Connie has spent many years in the healthcare industry, with the last three working in eldercare as a caregiver for Servant Senior Care, LLC. While providing services there, Connie noticed that many people were unable to visit their loved ones or friends with the desired frequency resulting in feelings of guilt and anxiety.
Through A Watchful Eye, Connie believes that this schism by providing a mechanism whereby visits and observations can be regularly scheduled, and real time reports submitted.
Our Process
AWE will dispatch one of its informed representatives to the facility for a 15–30 minute visit to make and record observations of the conditions observed. AWE will endeavor to submit an electronic or fax report of each visit within 24 hours after conclusion. The report, when possible and appropriate, will include telephone camera photographs. The customer is responsible for ensuring that AWE has access to the facility and the loved one at the time of the scheduled visit.

No, we are not healthcare providers, and we don’t assess the quantity or quality of care. Our goal is to be there with your loved ones when you can not and to provide independent, real-time observations that maybe useful in making decisions regarding their care. From the entry way into the facility to the resident room we observe and when appropriate record things that we believe you would take note of if you were there. In a sense, we act as you third eye and most importantly, provided we have access, we can be there whenever you want!
